Mare Leonard has been leading Writing and Meditation workshops since 2002 in yoga studios throughout the Hudson Valley. We writes together using free writing to discover what we are thinking and feeling. Then we have a choice of reading some or all and responding through a non-judgmental feedback. It is also fine to listen and not to read.
One of Mare's participants, Marie Lumholz, practicing yoga teacher now living in Copenhagen said, "Mare has opened me up to a deeper level of my won being. While writing, I felt freer and more connected to myself and the people in the group."
She is available to lead writing as meditation workshops in studios, schools or any appropriate venue. They usually are best scheduled for at least an hour and a half and having at least 6 but no more than 12 participants. No one needs to be a writer.
